These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jilliveo. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between jilliveo (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the jilliveo website, mobile application, or any associated service.
By creating an account, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of jilliveo, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jilliveo will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of jilliveo following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail.
Age Restriction and Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use jilliveo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of jilliveo, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written consent has been obtained from the Company.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have applied for on jilliveo or one applied through any other recognised exclusion programme.
- You are acting on your own account, using funds that belong to you, and you are not acting as a nominee or agent for any other person.
The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Accepted documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or any other nationally recognised authority. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission.
jilliveo uses automated age-estimation tools as part of the registration flow and may cross-reference submitted information against third-party identity databases. Players who fail to pass age and identity verification within a reasonable timeframe will have their accounts suspended until verification is completed.
Account Registration and Security
Each individual may hold only one active account on jilliveo. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company will close the additional accounts, and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be cancelled. In cases of deliberate multi-accounting, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.
Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You must ensure that all information provided at registration remains current and accurate throughout your account lifetime. If any registered information changes — including your phone number, email address, or payment details — you are required to update your account profile promptly.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilliveo login credentials — your username and password. jilliveo will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, it should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to immediately.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online account.
- Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Notify jilliveo support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
jilliveo accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials, except where such loss results directly from a failure in the Company's own security systems.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
Before processing your first withdrawal, jilliveo requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification protects all players by ensuring that funds are released only to the verified account holder.
Deposits and Withdrawals
jilliveo operates a fully Taka-native cashier supporting deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform:

Deposits
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jilliveo account within two minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution. jilliveo does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jilliveo reserves the right to set individual deposit limits for risk management or responsible gaming purposes. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM BST (UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within the same business day for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the destination bank.
The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if:
- KYC verification has not been completed or has expired.
- There is an active fraud or security investigation relating to the account.
- A chargeback claim has been filed against a prior deposit.
- The withdrawal amount includes funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
jilliveo offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.
Welcome Bonus
New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The exact bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements are published on the promotions page and are subject to change. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only and cannot be claimed multiple times across duplicate accounts.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that you must place a total of ৳20,000 in eligible wagers before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion detail page.
- Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute towards wagering requirements. The eligible game list is stated on each promotion page.
- Different game types may contribute at different rates — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live dealer games contribute at a lower rate.
- Wagers placed using real money funds (non-bonus balance) do not count towards bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time window.
General Bonus Rules
jilliveo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting a technical error in the platform to accumulate bonus funds, or using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than representing genuine play.
Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup are subject to their own published terms and may carry different wagering requirements and eligible game restrictions from standard promotions.
Gameplay and Fair Use
All casino games available on jilliveo — including slots, table games, live dealer games, crash games, and fishing games — use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. The RNG ensures that each game result is statistically independent of the previous result and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including jilliveo itself.
Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published within each game's information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios operated by providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. jilliveo does not interfere with live dealer game outcomes.
Accepted Use of the Platform

Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, jilliveo will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. jilliveo is not liable for losses arising from a player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of using jilliveo, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of any balance held in the account:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point in the account lifecycle.
- Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one jilliveo account, whether in your own name or under assumed identities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to shared card information in live dealer games or agreed-outcome sports betting.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with jilliveo games or the cashier in place of genuine human play.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your payment provider for a deposit that was successfully credited to your jilliveo account. Such action constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation and will result in permanent account closure and recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.
- Money Laundering: Using jilliveo to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin of those funds or to circumvent any anti-money laundering regulation.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake to accumulate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
- Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language towards jilliveo staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
jilliveo employs dedicated fraud prevention and security monitoring teams who review account activity on a continuous basis. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in account restriction without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.
Account Suspension and Closure
jilliveo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
- Receipt of a confirmed chargeback on a prior deposit.
- Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or an authorised third party acting on their behalf.
- Identification of the account as part of a multi-accounting network, collusion ring, or bonus abuse operation.
- An active criminal investigation or court order relating to the account or funds held within it.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your jilliveo account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing . Before the account is closed, any verified, withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of standard KYC checks. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion applies additional safeguards — including blocking re-registration attempts — that a standard closure does not provide. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilliveo's total liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jilliveo is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of jilliveo that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. jilliveo's internal complaints process requires that any complaint be submitted in writing to within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
